By accessing or using the Coin Parfum website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery. For bank transfer orders, shipment will be processed only after payment verification. Orders not paid within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all cities within Morocco. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Coin Parfum is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product had an issue, as long as the bottle and box are untouched. Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Coin Parfum and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Automated Access & Data Scraping
You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, extract, copy, or systematically download product listings, prices, images, or other content from this website or its underlying services, except for search engines expressly permitted under our robots.txt. You may not attempt to circumvent or interfere with any rate-limiting, access controls, or other technical measures used to protect our services. We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or block access — including by IP address, account, or API key — for anyone suspected of violating this policy, and to pursue legal action for damages resulting from unauthorized automated access or data extraction.

Coin Parfum shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
